Herringbone necklace

I love my herringbone necklace but unfortunately I was disappointed when it arrived as the clasp to open and close was detached from the necklace when I opened the packet. As it was the morning of the wedding and I needed the necklace, my cousin who works in jewellery managed to fix it for me so I could wear it. It so far has remained fixed but Unfortunately this does make me unsure about ordering again from Dazzlevenus.
